Earlier this year I was very pleased to introduce the RJ Spagnol line up of wine kits to our store, at the time I wasn’t aware of what a fantastic addition the award winning Grand Cru and Cellar Classic line-up were going to be to the popular KenRidge, Cheeky Monkey and Niagara Mist Kits I already had. Six months later I couldn’t be happier, we are producing so many fantastic wines I can’t decide what to make for myself.

The Art of Food & Wine
Mark your calendar for Friday November 25th, 2011. The Sydenham Cultural Action Team along with the 4th Friday Cultural Crawl organizers are excited to present the Art of Food & Wine. The event will be held at the Jeanne Gordon Theatre inside the Wallaceburg Museum. The evening will showcase local artists and businesses as well as an incredible (I’ve seen the menu!) line up of taste creations by, Chef Michael Labonte, Chef Julio Cedeno and Denise Hatfield. I have arranged for Beth VonPasecky, RJ Spagnol Wine Consultant to present a wine tasting. Beth is very knowledgeable on the subject of wine and should be and informative.
KenRidge Showcase Collection Limited Edition
The deadline for ordering this year’s Limited Edition wines is December 5th. These 4 varieties will only be available during their specific month of release (December – March) and quantities are limited. To ensure you don’t miss out on this year’s four hand-selected varietals be sure to pre-order with us by December 5, 2011. The pricing this year is $165 each when made on-premise and $130 each to take the kit home. As always we require a deposit of $25 per kit pre-ordered. These kits consistently produce wines comparable to those priced much higher on the commercial market. If you purchase any four of the Limited Editions you will receive a $50 gift certificate that can be used towards any future wine kit purchase.
